TT for making money?

So I heared if u are Veno u can make good coins with TT solo mode.

I have my golem lvl 79 (same as me) and I want to make money for Herc and Nix.
What TT should I be able to do at this lvl with golem? Which mats can I sell best? (at Harshland server). I am LA Veno, TT 70 weap no+/shards. Heal skill same as my lvl.

    79 golem. Humm.

    You can't do the really good stuff, but in increasing order of reward/risk:

    You can certainly do chintien in both 11 and 12. Those bits are cheap, but there's always people needing TT60 and TT70 armour, so they should sell.

    You can almost certainly do viper and dimenalt in 11. But there's no demand for that stuff at all.

    And that's the limit for what I'm sure you can solo.

    Next up would be viper and dimenalt in 12. Those bits are in demand, but I'm honestly not sure if you can keep a golem alive through it.

    The next set of possibles would be TT21. In there, you've got the first boss which you can probably do, and then... maybe general feng? Perhaps?

    I'd be surprised if you can do more than that with a golem.

    I'd suggest trying *solo* mode 21, it'll cost you subs but it makes the boss MUCH easier, and he drops stuff that's needed for the TT80 magic weapon, so should sell pretty well.
    Act-1 solo you only get chin and drummer - and since you cannot reasonably be expected to do drummer it's not worth it.

    nothing sell on HL server. the only way to make money is to farm DQ on HL server, TT barely sell in days/weeks, same with molds.
    about merchanting... CS items are cheaper than AH gold, mats buy prices is same with subs prices or wines... gl.

    Sounds about like HT also. Any great advice we could give would be sabotaging our own money making ideas, except for grinding.

    As a veno, you will lose money running TT in solo mode. (unless there is a double drop event, at which point you may come out even or a little ahead).

    If you really want to TT, find a party and join them, you will make more money that way than you will ever make in solo mode.

    To make money, the best way is to merchandize, which any class can do. Buy low, sell high.
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

    well HL has the lowest population from all servers i heard. i havent checked all servers, i only have chars on pvp servers but HL is quite empty.

    about making money, ppl still need subs, wines, genie food, hyper xp, charm and sometimes reset notes. thats basically what most (and poor) players buy or can afford. buying mats at a lower prices for subs or wines doesnt work that well. that profit you can get in one day you can probably grind it in one hour, you better start farming yourself those mats. genie food is almost free at 90+ but so many are 90+ now and rarely sell. rest are CS items and those are almost impossible to resell for a higher price.
    TT is only to make your own gear, most ppl farm TT nowadays

    is there anything that most players need and i miss it?

    Solo mode drummer doesn't AOE. A 79 golem ought to be able to do solo mode drummer 1-3 no problem. (The only solo mode boss I've encountered that AOEs is 2-1 Fataliqua, and you can get out of his AOE range to heal.)

    If you farm your sub mats, and farm solo mode for personal mats, it's affordable (though probably not the best use of your time, as far as earning coin goes.)

    Huh. I was more thinking of his magic-attack double hit, than his aoe.
    But if you think the golem can survive it then cool - drums always seem to be in demand.
    Though drop rates are horrible in solo mode.

    Yeah, the double hit is scary. I actually tended to do drummer with a beetle rather than my magmite (which is no longer up to level, since I've leveled a walker.)

    Dunno about that. Between their smoke breaks,other wild excuses to just afk, and the extended dickering at the end, I think I leave with about 5x the loot in the same amount of time if I solo squad mode. I haven't even done tt in months that I can remember. There is no rep for it, very little I want from it, and it's no place to level pets.

    Pet leveling could be profitable especially with all the new pets that were added. Dark Wanderers at least should sell well.

    TT 1-1, 74 volcanic magmite, drummer done no problem (health never got below 25%.) I'll try a 1-2 with the rock later.

    Ah ok. Well, for 1-1 with a herc, I'm sure you could do it at 73 or higher. With pots and stuff in squad mode. I've never tried but I want to >.<

    Same golem (74 volcanic magmite) tanked 1-2 solo drummer. Never saw his health below 20%.

    how bad are the drop rates for solo? I was thinking about subbing and trying out solo by myself these days to get the experience

    Pretty bad. I got 1 edge from the 1-1 above, and 1 Chintien's Armor Shard and 1 drum from the 1-2. Sometimes you get nothing but skellies/skulls and the odd mirage or perfect stone, sometimes you get lucky and get 2 mats per boss.
