    There isn't a difference between the Demon and Sage res, Demon says it gives a chance but both don't have any sort of experience loss when used.

    According to Ecatomb:

    Sage version extends range to 40 meters.
    Demon version cuts channeling time in half.

    That's right, and I think the cutting channeling time is better than the double cast range in most instances. If you need to be that far away to res someone (outside of mas ressing @ Harpy Wraith) chances are they'll die when they res anyways (thanks to w/e mobs are surrounding them).

    pair Sage Magic Shell with Sage Revive = the same channel as Demon Revive but you get the distance (this is assuming the cleric has been smart enough to have at least -24% channel base)
