After the server went down yesterday March 13 2010 i have not been able to log in to the game, every time i try to load the game, when i press Start, a Bug report pup up window appears and then my game load window (the one where u make the updates and start the game) disappears.
Any idea whats going on? I'm i the only one having this problem today???

    I've found sometimes if you stay logged in despite server shutdown warnings for maintenance log in issues can happen. Usually the problem clears up on its own, but just in case I try to get out to avoid having to send in a ticket. (>_<) Mind I've only had this happen to me on other games so not sure if it applies here. Just a guess since I don't know if this applies to you plus a GM would be able to tell you better.b:bye

    Personally i dont wait until the server times out, when they announce some kind of shut down or maintenance... i guess the only thing to do will be to re-download the game and instal again. Hope that works out.

    I can't stay logged in since maintenance, game keeps crashing :(

    Im having the same problem. Whenever I log on the game and click something, the game shuts down and that ReportBugs appeared.
    Cant stay log, it kept crashing. Anyone has any idea on how to fix it..? b:cry

    GMs we need some help here. There is a bug effecting some of us. Help pls

    Try verifying your client first of all

    I have seen alot of issues resolved by that because their client got corrupted. Also try adding an exception to your fire wall in the vicinity of PWI. If All else fails re install your client and reverify it. That should fix your problem if it doesn't please post a screen shot of the problem.

    I did all of this already. Are you a gm? because it just says you are a user.
    Also, I wasn't born yesterday when it comes to game problems, this is a maintenance problem for some of us, and this is a blame the victim mentality :D

    No I am not a gm just your average forum user however you should post a screen shot of at least the bug report. Also don't be so quick to blame the other side other people have had their problems resolved with that. And their problem was the same as yours.


    Its not a blame the user its a making sure its not corrupt files somehow its a computer game it happens from time to time.

    Well I am sorry to sound harsh and I know you are trying to help. But you didn't notice many are having this problem after maintenance today? This would be the first clue. MY ss would be the same as the other guy, who had the exact same problem as I did today after maintenance :D Removing and reinstalling the game twice, would have removed corrupt files. This is a programming error that is in conflict with some users right now. Also, you have to think of the many that would never post here, and just report directly to gms, I think this will be a lot of people imo.

    Thanks for the suggestions, I tried all of that and it still didnt work :/
    Uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice too but didnt work as well.
    Tried new graphic card, didnt work. Restarded comp, nope didnt work. I had no problems playing the game on Saturday but this problem started today wen my dad uninstalled the game and I installed it again.b:surrender

    yxh%20(57).gifUm riiiight totally missed that was a screen shot.

    Other then that I do not know perhaps your OS? Its not necessarily much wider then this. I am not doubting its the programing it could have caused conflicts. I do not know for sure but I am trying to eliminate things it could be based on what I have read in this section of the forums before. These are all questions the GMs usually ask and it would be best if they are already there.

    b:sad No GM yet? I saw similar threads about this issue posted after yours and they were either told by the resident GM here (darthpanda16 cool name btw) to either put in a ticket or update their drivers. In case you didn't spy those threads hope this helps.b:bye
