Apothecary Level 4

Upon reaching level 50, I promptly began questing for level 4 manufacturing skills, and successfully completed Tailor, Blacksmith, and Craftsman in Archosaur, and headed down towards Dreamweaver Port to talk to a gentleman about Apothecary. He spoke to me, but unlike the others to whom I had spoken, did not give me a quest.

Is this normal? Do I need to be higher-level to complete the Apothecary quest? Was I the victim of a bug?

I didn't get an Intermediate Apothecary book, and can't get one from the Bookseller, so that's not the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

    do you have your bar maxed in your lvl in apoth to aquire the book 4?If so then go to the elder in etherblade(where i went)..or i think the elder can do it in arch but he is so damn far away..he will give you the quest to get the book from the guy in dreamweavers.Also get the right book..the cheap one.

    I brought Intermediate Apothracy skill book from auction.

    I am level 50 and have lev 3 Apocrathy, what do I need to do to be able to use the book?

    Yes, this was normal. You need to be level 50, and you need enough coins, and congratulations.

    The Elder still won't let me learn level 4 Apocrathy, what do I need to dy.

    I'd like to know that too, i already got the Int. Blacksmith book but the elder won't let me use it, simply i can't deliver it.

    Doh, slaps head.

    You still need to make all the necessary potions to get to 100%, so the book is a gold sink, thought it would bypass the need for manufacturing as you need to buy it.

    i got same Probleme... I m Apot. Level 3 with 30/30 Points...and the elder is showing me the book to buy...when i click on it, it says me that i m unable to learn skill???? Why? I m Level 63?

    Cant find a Quest for Apoth. Level 4 like i got it for Blacksmith Level 4.
    Or did i have talk to an NPC?

    You have to talk to NPC at 618, 390 and buy a book from him (about 50k)

    im having same prob with apoc lvl 4 went to dude at dreamweaver coord 618 390 nothing no book nothing any help plz??b:cry

    You have to buy the lvl 4 book from him...it is not a quest to get the book.

    Necro......................
    1. Get to lv50
    2. make sure you apocathery is lv3 and maxed(30/30)
    3. talk to an elder
    4. go see the npc west of dreamveaver near a lake
    5. talk a little
    6. check what he sale
    7. buy the lv4book, the cheapest one
    8. go see and elder
    9. click to learn crafting skill
    10. click apocathery while the book is in inventory
    11. I can keep going on or say something stupid, but it's already over :(

    be carefull of the lvl 75 mobs by her ( they are hostile to lvl 50 ) .. stupid game ..... no nice
