live chat tech support

i am trying to chat live with customer service and it keeps leading me to write a ticket, i already wrote two with no response, why cant i talk live in chat???

    Please remember that it is the weekend. Live chat is active during buisness hours. 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday. At weekends there is only a skeleton crew at work and they are answering tickets and doing some other work as well.

    Also if you keep sending tickets about the same subject, with every new ticket you will get last in line again, so sending more then one ticket will make you have to wait longer i beleive.

    Alright then, why is it that I keep getting sent to do a ticket when I'm tryin to get live chat help... at 1:45pm on a Wednesday?
