I created a new character. Fixed it how i wanted it. I went in game and noticed her face isnt correct as it should be( it appeared more rounded when it was spost to be thinner). When I click on the face picture and the other one comes up its the correct face. Why is this?? Why arent they the same?? How do I fix it??

Have you turned on customizations in the System Settings->UI menu?

I noticed the same thing long ago. I doubt it's an actual glitch with the face customizations. My hunch is it's the camera. Most programmers don't understand the difference between zooming in and moving the camera closer to the subject. Heck, many photographers don't.

When you move the camera closer, it changes the perspective. Noses appear bigger, cheeks appear rounder and more puffed out. The camera when playing the actual game moves in closer, so you get this effect. It's also identical to how other people will see your character too.

When you zoom in (not the scroll wheel zoom the game uses - that seems to move the camera), the camera remains at a fixed distance. So what you're seeing is an enlarged version of what the face looks like from a distance. So the facial features don't get distorted like above. I think the character creation screen does this. Technically it's the right way to do it since it lets you adjust your character's facial features with the least distortion. But practically it's the wrong way to do it since the game doesn't have telescopes or binoculars. The only way for players to get a close-up look at your character is by moving their camera closer, meaning they're never going to see your character's face close-up without the perspective distortion.

    Okay, Thanks.
