Any faster way to learn skills?

You are probably better off selling all drops and buying perfect chi stones from catshops to feed your genie. I don't know the price of perfect chi on your server but I think you will find you get more 'chi for your buck' using perfect stones.

Manufacturing, if only doing so to get genie food is not cost effective. Manufacturing is in fact a huge money sink and is next to impossible to makea profit from.

So, brief answers to your questions are;
1. Any. Weapons give double chi but they also sell for double price. To get maximum chi from drops the item needs to be repaired to 100% This money is better spent buying perfect chi from catshops.
2. Unless your main purpose is levelling manufacturing skills then it's not worth it at all.
3. pwdatabase is by far the best source of this information. Learn to use it and it will be open 100% of time whilst you play.
4. Probably not. If you really need somehting made then there are people who can do it for you. Learning manufacturing skills only means that you don't have to find someone to do it for you. The only skill I'd recomend to learn is apothecary. In later levels, when you can enter Old Heaven's Tear (OHT), you can manufacture gear and not even need manufacturing skills to do so. As an archer you will probably need to make your own arrows (not an archer myself so not 100% sure on this) so you may want to learn whichever skill it is to manufacture arrows.

no ishmah got it half wrong. Manufacturing grade 2 weapons or ornaments are the best way to gain yiyuan stones. Its the easiest to get at least 10k genie stamina per 2 star of a grade equipment. Just make a route to find.

I mainly use pig iron and sandstones to make grade 2 spears, and axes and decomp them if they are two star and NPC them if they are 1 star (most likely its 1 star so you don't lose money anyways). to get quick and easy stamina. It only takes 10 minutes. This is a quick and easy process that I done regularly. I never lost money from manufacturing like that. No monsters needed to kill


If you want to manufacture for chi stones, make a route to farm those. It only takes red jadse, and 2 of the 4 mats I mentioned to you earlier.

Edit: - Perhaps you should run the numbers to demonstrate how it is possible to make items, decompose them and still break even. Perhaps you haven't done that and are fooloing yourself into believing this.

Edit 2: - 1 Perfect Chi stone gives 720 stamina to genie. 1 Yiyuan stone gives 40 stamina to a genie.
So, 1 perfect stone = 18 Yiyuan.
Cost-wise, on Sanctuary it would cost less than 1K to buy 1 perfect chi stone, but 100 per Yiyuan which is 1,800 coin. Perfect stones are much more cost effective as you are getting far more stamina. Sell your drops to buy Perfect chi if you realy need genie food.

On a side note, my shop in OHT is selling perfect chi at 650 each. b:chuckle

well... every 10 mins I get a good batch to make almost 10 weapons, I usually get 3/10 two stared weapons to make. Thats a free way to get chi. I get like 100 (rounded) per decomped 2 stared.

I really should try that way though O_O. I could spend a lot less time harvesting like that b:chuckle If its that cheap
