Sword + Axe?

How about a build

6 str 4 dex 1 vit - every two lvl ? Do i get enough vit with this build ? I mean its the suggested build for a Axe/Sword Mix Tree + the 1 point free given to vit

Edit: Should be 6 str 3 dex 1 vit

I mean in terms of dmg the build should be ok and i also would be able to use the Sword for hard single dmg and Axes for AoE PvE grinding.

What about the tanking abilities of such a build?

    well when PWI changes that you get 11 stat points per lvl it sure might do. 6 Str is must for Axe and think its 2-3 Dex for swords leaving you 1-2 free points every 2 lvl's for Vit.

    for AoE I solo/party grind easy with 20 base Vit, so couldn't see any reason why it wouldn't work for you.

    Tanking might work, you got 2 choices...Axe skill spam or try to get Interval gear(definetly NOT must but good to have) and sword with 1.11 attack speed(mod Quicken is always +) and auto attack. However if you seriously want to tank roll barb, but as backup/2nd tank you do pretty good

    so does it mean if i continue my build 6 str 3 dex 1 vit and reach the 20 point ins vit ( which would be lvl 40 ) its better to distribute the 1 point left every 2 lvls into another stat either in dex or str to max dmg or crit/eva instead of further pumping hp? I mean if i continue my buid i would end up with 50 points in vit on lvl 100 - is this too much what is the upper limit that makes sense?

    BMs are highly flexible, and the build should match the Paths, the Funding, and the Use in that order. A bigger multipath means less Vit, better funding means less Vit, less use in tanking means less Vit. The exact opposite might want more.

    I doubt there's some magical number where everything works, because if you find the exact point for a guy with crappy gear, then it's overkill for someone with good gear.
    Red Truth. A conditional truth - Pole BMs are epic... as tanks.
    Blue Truth. A possible truth - Full Vit Pole BMs are epic at AoE.
    Golden Truth. The absolute truth - My Pole BM is the most epic on Lost City.

    6 str 3 dex 1 vit will let you use swords poles and axes at lvl

    just cap vit whevever you'r copfortable (mines caped at a base of 3 lol)

    its rather easy to get high vit +gear with bh spam so just check ah and plan ahead

    warning: levels 1-30 on a bm just suck....Q.Q
    Gifs are hard to make work here

    :P I'm full vit (spear-only). 1.1k hp at lv 21, decent grind speed, very comfortable grinding. Haven't used the small hp charm yet b:chuckle <_< just having fun.
