I don't see this on the first page and am too lazy to look back further. We'll see if I can do this in one post or not. If not, then the first one will be assassin skills. Heaven and then hell.

    from what i can translate, the ones for assisian are as follows:

    Deep Sting
    Sage: Cooldown Reduced by 2 seconds
    Demon: Sleep Duration increased by 3 seconds

    Throat cut
    Sage: 25% Chance to not consume chi
    Demon: "25% chance of injury to deepen" (unknown)

    Earthen Rift
    Sage: Damage increased to 430% Weapon Damage

    I was only able to sorta make out two psychic skills (both demon)

    Psychic Will--20% chance to cast without spark
    Red Tide--Additional 20% crit rate for 15 seconds (? I think that's what it says--but that's sexy; reminds me of sage BIDS)

    no they arent... they arent equal at all. u want equal? look at cleric. you'll see that sin isnt equal at all...

    having played a level 100 cleric, and also a sin since launch, 89 atm i can actually say the skills are pretty even. it really depends on what build you have for your assisian

    Interval Stealth Build: Demon
    if you go for the stealth pure quick hits demon is the choice, for the speed boost from spark, the crit boost helps and the 5 second cooldown of the 1.5 spark gainer is pro

    Chill of the Deep big hit build: Sage
    If your going for the big hitters sage is better, alot of the sage versions have reduced cooldown plus the Tidal protection increased to 68% chance to resist negitives (stops people stunning you) the reduce damage from the spark help u tank as u line up the big hits, plus obviously the 5 more attack levels from sage chill of the deep.

    thats how i see it, agree?

    Edit: i could only do assisian translation becouse ive matched the effects description ive known from playing my sin.

    They are pretty equal because though some Skills lean toward Heaven Assassins, other Skills lean toward Hell Assassin, so again it pretty much comes down to your playing style. DO you want Overall Damage or Intervals...Specialist or Interval. In a nutshell

    im unsure on that, i simply translated what i saw as a list on the provided links hence why i never said there the offical skills.

    Hmm... I posted in the other thread before realizing it was a copy. That was a low blow, @ whoever posted it.

    From the looks of it, I agree:

    demon = dps, -interval build, chew up opponent build.
    sage = dph, deep chill build, hit past charm build.

    remember again only and only dev who made the skills
    and if so they should be the one who posting it but not in forum for sure it should be on their main page which i found nothing.

They would die in a couple seconds because we dont nearly have enough survivability. So if you wanted to Pk you would have to create MUCH more survivability.

    As Sage Goes with Assassins strengths as it is because it is meant to crit spike out of this world, which comes down to chill of the deep, which we already do so well. And since Heaven gives +50 chi every 30 secs added on to the assassins already many chi building skills. I think it is no contest.

    The skills on the site are the actual skills from the bejing server. I was linked them from a friend who plays there. I imagine well have them on our server next time they patch us.

    Personally I will have to see because since Assassins we're in fact made to kill Arcane/LA and not HA's i dont really see DPS as something needed...considering we could get dropped in 2 seconds endgame by most classes. So with all these skills the way they are, Im seeing that assassins still do their massive Spike crits with skills, even on refined chars. But you never know, we will have 2 wait and see

    *in stealth*, triple spark (once we get), Inner, HeadHunt, (if not dead yet) normal attack, Occult Ice, attack. If you are at 3-4 attacks per second, w/e's not dead by then is a wrong target since you'll never be able to spam skills through their charm tick.

    *in stealth* heaven triple spark, Inner, Deep Sting, Headhunt (probably dead if not) spam other skills. Again we were not meant to kill HA so if they survive that long...Im out xD
