Tideborn quest glitch?

i'm on the part of the tideborn chain where Dizzy sends you to the vampire halls to go kill undead, I do the first part of the quest, and the second, but right as i'm killing the last Officer I keep getting ported out, and it wont let me finish the quest. When I port back in it makes me start the chain all over again. I've done this three times and it keeps happening the same way. Is anyone else having the same problem? Is this a bug?

    Maybe your timer run out the 3 times? u have 30 min to kill the mobs

    Or it could be your computer clock, my clock is outta wack and I've had to do that same quest countless times because it either resets the timer, doesn't count down, or I just crash and when I relog I have like 12mins left to finish killing the officers. Try another computer if possible is what I say ^-^

    Or keep trying from your current computer and watch the clock to see if it acts funny
