Hello. b:bye I BH/FB alot on my BM, and i've realised, (as probably many others) that you waste unnecessarily alot of your HP as well as your MP charm while there is a cleric around to heal you. So i thought that wouldn't it be great if you could "inactivate" your charms? I agree that you shouldn't be able to unequip your charms once worn, but inactivation would be just so friggin kool b:thanks

comment what you think about that b:pleased

it will never happen. PWI would lose too much money from it.

It would be cool, same as it would be cool when mp charms would tick at 50% like hp charms, but.. like Michael above me said, its not going to happen.
Pwi makes a lot of money on people's charms burning up faster..
    My caracters:
    Faith_z - 7x Cleric (main)
    HaveFaith_z - 5x Veno
    Ivory_Soul -3x Psychic

Dont give me an attitude, I got one of my own!

as someone who rarely ever buys a charm, i would definitely start buying charms again if i had a on/off option. But yea.. they prolly want us to bleed our wallets dry on charms or sumtin, so i dont think it will happen.

    Lol seconded...

Just buy yourself small charms & keep them for instances when u think ul need em. They run out quickly, so when u bk to "normal" easy pwing u're charmless again & won't uselessly tick if your hp goes below half.

Why do people assume PWE would make less money? I seem to remember the charms in Jade Dynasty had a slider where you could set when the thing went off. So, the company has thought this would make them more money. And, they have the code already to do it....

Sometimes when I'm charmed (almost never) I wont go on any FB/BH runs simply because I don't want my charm to tick.

Although I haven't been charmed since 2 weeks ago when I did a gamma. Ever sine I've been able to do frost I haven't used a charm.

There actually is a way to temporarily suspend an HP charm. Simply start a duel with a squad mate, and be careful not to AOE them. It'll eventually draw though.

Great idea. I'd so lol tho if a BM used dragons just before the boss uses AOE and one hits the other dueler. b:chuckle

I hardly think that implementing features from JD would in any way benefit PW. And whatever they may have thought i don't believe that game in particular made much in the way of profit...

@ OP; This is nothing but wishful thinking. It really would be a bad move for PW from a financial point of view, and since charms already are an unnecesary advantage i sympathize with their position.

Damn. I'd love a slider to set a charm as my real last resort. I got so many more options that unless I'm paying attention, I don't die much anymore. Problem being that I have a very short attention span, and I end up dying anyways. (Yeah. I hit Alter Marrow Physical right before 2 exploding mob in 59 died, one was a sac assault...)

Otherwise I don't use charms ATM. First off I'm too broke for them, second unless it's on my cleric for Gamma I feel like it goes to waste. Also, since I tend to dualbox with my cleric, and I don't need a ton of heals to keep me alive, I don't need one for my daily grinding stuff... The other times, I'm a tank (boss runs, most FBs runs) or a high-priority heal target (FC).

But I'd love that slider thing nonetheless. I wouldn't buy charms because of it, but it'd still be nice.

umm yeah. I don't think the fact that there is a cleric makes any difference on how much your MP charm ticks. Also, the fact that you have a cleric should make your HP charm tick less, not more b:chuckle

in either case, it would be nice to pause charm usage. I'd like to have mine not be ticking away when I'm just questing and grinding. Unequipping would be nice if I could trade the charm through the account stash but not with other players,

I never use charms really... MP charms are failure btw. HP charm is good, but MP charms? b:spit . I'll pass that

But charms are for extreme situations, not for something to rely on all the time since powders are enough already

my cleric always has a hp charm, however it will last her 2+months easy. I like it just for back up.
my barb has a dinky little mp charm from a quest which he has worn now for something like 10 levels, only time it ever ticks is when he buffs, which is slightly annoying. however i like having him charmed just cause its there in case i need it and again it will last him forever

I would like the option of setting it at like say 25% for hp and 10% for mp. I would have a mp charm on my cleric for sure then (and they would get more money out of me even) just so i dont forget to pop a mp pot and drop bb or something
