Tideborn Glitch

Is anyone else having a problem with your tideborn's head color being different from the rest of it's skin color? I have no idea why it's doing this, but can someone help me out?

    I am not sure to be honest, maybe you have customizations turned off?

    To check, click on the System Icon at the bottom right corner of the game and click on system settings (tiny Screen/Monitor Icon). On the window that appears click UI and see if the customizations check box is turned off (unticked) if it is, turn is back on (tick) and click the Apply button.

    This is the only reason I can think of, so, apologies if it doesn't work

    Its a common bug, yet to be fixed by PWI (if ever fixed >.>)
    Some people can change it, not sure if its to do with the graphics card, or if they simply broke the rules and changed some codes.

    No . .even if you change the color on character code . . b:surrender
    The VGA will still show tideborn face skin with default color . . Q.Q . .

    People must change VGA just because of these glitch ? b:puzzled
    As i know these was a glitch from the application it self.
    (Game can't sent correct information of color to VGA, can be lack of code, or wrong input data. <-- developer make it on hurry chasing deadline ?)
