my genie has a learning difficulty

being an archer im hyped bout a critstrike up skill for my genie, i have it but there is a problem.

every point of strength adds 1 second to the duration, i add one strength and nothing happens?
whats up with that?

    yes, it works. it doesn't show up in the description, but it works at the effect.

    lets say description says: increase crit strike by 2% during 30 secs. every 1 str will increase duration by 1 sec.

    then you put 30 points to str, description will say:
    increase crit strike by 2% during 30 secs. every 1 str will increase duration by 1 sec.

    but if you cast that skill, you'll see that the buff lasts one minute.

    Dont worry its same on demon skills my mastery give barbs 2 critical rate and on my stats they dont lvl the critical rate but it works... dont worry..

    oh i get it, my genie int stupid because everyones is b:victory yet another bug to add to thier growing list i guess

    Pretty sure it's not a bug, they just want you to do a bit of math.
