Character display issue (Bald tideborns and default Chars)

Okay, I've been playing PWI for a few weeks now, and I've noticed something odd...


Tideborns are bald! O.O But if I click on a tideborn character, their icon has hair.

Another thing is that some characters dont show up right.

Ive noticed many Cleric females, who are little skinny black haired girls, but their icons are completely different.

One of my friends who just joined made a character with purple hair and she was sending me pictures, but in game she has the little skinny black haired girl.

Is this a bug? Do I need a patch? And if so which one.... Im pretty sure I downloaded patch 2 when I first downloaded the game...

    Press U, go to UI, and check Customizations. b:cute

    But why isnt this automatically turned on? O.o It makes no sense! XD

    Probably what happened is you turned on Best Performance, then logged off so it got set as your default.
