Mantle ripple of death: Creates a magical ripple in the ground.
Has a 55% chance to reduce target's Chi by 20 constantly
Lasts for 60 seconds

how much chi does this skill exactly take away? 20 constntly meaning 20 chi ever 2 seconds? 3 seconds every second?! if this is possible i think i have a good anti BM spell here combined with Fortify:resist stun for 3 seconds.

any info would be great more specific how much chi total does this skill take away in 1 min?
