can't continue quest D: pls help

yesterday i was doing my tb quests with a lot of exp and sp...so i came to the one where i have to stand in center of the city of raging tides...so i waited and followed instructions...
there was 3 countings: 1. when it says to wait for 10 sec, 2. whn it says to get to duke blackie in 30 sec, 3 when i get to archosaur 10 min to find duke....
so everything was fine and i came to duke b. and i don't know why but i trashed quest b:shocked

so i thought it won't efect on anything....and i restarted quest....go to tb...and after 2. counting, when i get to archo..it just stops...nothing on Quest changes and after few min it says: UNABLE TO REDO CURRENT MISSION b:angry

i restarted quest at least 15 times....tryed to relogg 2 times......and TODAY...the same story ><...i shouted (few times) in WC to gms to pm me but NO ANSWER....so yea..i'm pissed ><

PLEASE IF NYONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO...OR IF GM COULD HELP...PLEASE TY b:bye

    Steps:
    1.Go to middle of tele area and wait
    2.Stay there
    3.Do NOT,i repeat DO NOT,find duke Blacke
    4.You're supposed to stay there till the end of all parts or until there is no more timer
    5.No,this is not a techical problem
    6.The Duke Blacke part is jsut to make u fail the quest

    i was stending there a lot lol...nothing happen...BUT i'll try one more time the whole quest..

    lol yea..i standed there and nothing happend for a long time....so i guess somethings is wrong with quest O.O

    Also my guildie/friend kept failing it because i think it triggers as soon as you're inside the stone pillars so try flying to the co-ords to get to center then drop and stand still for 3 mins or however long it is.

    xD i standed there around 30min-1hour and nothing hapend, then i tryed to relogg, then nothing..i relogged second time and it worked xDDDD
