New ring from the PWI attendance, if you do the quest everyday you'll get the ring in 90 days. Account stash does not work as both the ring and the attendance sheets are unable to be put into it. What do you guys think? A cheaper alternative to lunar rings, imo it is definitely a much improved option than the unicorn spirit: order ring or mastadon strength ring.

    well its definitely better than unicorn with the 4-5 dex compensated by another 1% crit which is pretty sweet. but cant be better than lunar or CoA ring (Seal of Eternal Solitude).

    Note that CoA ring is magic so refining it gives u mag defb:cute

    Neat. So in about 3 months time we can all npc our heavenly rings/molds? Good thing i paid so little for them ^^

    For pvp, mast is probly better as we still miss nearly as much as any other class. Fail archer high accuracy ftl.

    About time they added this quest chain. Thought the hype they made before about new quest system being added was going to be Attendance quest; instead we got the Bounty Hunter. This one has much better rewards.

    id think itd be a great replacement for heavenly lord, but definitely not mastadon. i think archers need at least 1 +acc % mod among their equipment somewhere. the number of 3 str 2 dex BMs, other archers, and assassins is quite high, lotta eva = need for alot of acc.

    I suppose you could test this by finding a fellow high level archer and punch her bare-handed. Just test with and without a Misty.

    There is an NPC at the same platform with Warsoul Spirit, Head Hunter and Messenger of Time, called PW School Teacher, she gives you a quest to stay logged in for 1 hour. After that, you get 1 Attendance sheet and a sack with a 30 minute blessing. You need a total of 90 Attendance Sheets for the Perfect: Attendance Champion and you can get maximum 1 a day and they cannot be put into the Account Stash nor traded.

    I truly hope that the ring stays out of the Boutique.

    In PvE Accuracy is pretty much worthless. So i don't know why you would were a Accuracy ring for that. Its mainly for PvP, not for you PvE Carebears.

    So essentially the +% accuracy on mastadon/lunar rings are only for a bit more accuracy in pvp, completely useless in pve standards. So 95% of the time, makes the attendance ring far superior to the mastadon ring.

    Even the ? bosses in TT don't have higher than 3k def in any branch, so they do not show as much of an effect in accuracy. Armageddon Illusion Lord is only 1.6 phys def, so evasion is likely very low as well. So using the attendance rings is fine for PvE purposes.

    With higher evasion from higher dex classes in PvP, the difference will be larger and more noticeable during attack. And sometimes missing that one shot is the difference between succeeding and dieing. As such, it is not as good an item for PvP, depending on whether you have the better options.

    It blurs the line with refining the rings for Pdef though. While it is possible to refine 2 seperate sets, it isn't very fiscally responsible. So, one pair set will have to be chosen for their boosts. And once you have refined them enough, will you really want to swap over for little appreciable difference?

    In the end, it seems refining your Lunar rings will be the best bet; adds to survival and has all the necessary adds. Until you get end game, using the attendance rings for PvE is definitely possible, until end game rings are acquired.

    Yeah, accuracy is not worth much in pve. As far as pvp, from the tests I did several months back, ~5k accuracy is pretty good, more than this has diminishing returns. I noticed a difference with one 50% accuracy ring, but did not notice much of a difference with another 50% accuracy ring and accuracy at 7k+. So for pvp, try to get accuracy somewhere near 5k, and its good enough IMO.

    The tests I did were not logged, I used bare hand and punched an equal level archer with level 10 evasion buff for a good bit, and went by feel on it. Feel free to do your own tests, just pick up or borrow a couple of misty forest rings, and punch another level 100 archer over and over in a duel.
