Red Mark next to Chi Bar?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to place this but it was the only one I could think of. I've got this strange trasparent-red button or tear drop shaped mark next to my chi bar, can someone tell me what this is?

    It's a spark ... or rather an empty one. 1 spark = 100 chi, so once your chi bar fills up, the spark will light (and you'll be able to use skills that require a spark).

    That's the Spark icon... when your chi fills up that icon will light up.
    Some skills need it filled in order to use the skill.

    It signifies how many full bars of 100 chi you have saved up, you will get another one at level 59, and 89, each allowing you to hold 100 more chi.

    For a psychic, it lets you use spark eruption to temporarily increase your attack strength... and that's about it, since psychics don't have any other skills that actually use chi, at least until 59.
