lately, "what the hell is the teacher NPC? waste of my time blah blah QQ moar"

srsly, anything new that come out in game, people always ask this and ask that, if not QQ about it. i am not saying stuff that are TRUELY hard to grasp like that damn Nirvana recast/reforge thing which asking seems appropriate. but last nite i got SPAM from people asking me wth is this Roll Call quest over and over again.

PEOPLE, RAED THE DAMN PATCH NOTE!!! ITS THERE FOR A REASON!!!
