    They are sent for various reasons at different times. Do not expect to always get a coupon when another user does. b:victory

    Unfortunately, we do not have the qualifications for the coupons when they are given out. If you did not receive one in your registered email address for the account, you probably did not qualify this time.

    But do not fret!!!! Different people get qualified every time so your turn may be next!
