Different non-chi skills give you different amount of chi? For example Rib gives 10, Knife Throw gives 20 while Slip gives 8. b:question

I have noticed something like that. I haven't really thought on it and tried to recreate it. It's just one of those things, "Hey, that's wierd. Oh, well." Lol, guess I should have looked into it a bit more. This could be useful information when your chi skills are cooling.

Knife makes sense means you can teleport after that since that costs 20 chi
Navarre was your everyday veno, until she learned her true form. Now she's fox walloping and purging over and over again.. all for a deep stinging, head hunting, wind pushing Assassin. Will there be inner harmony and myriad rainbows? But of course! Yuri&Lemon Find it on Fanfiction XD "Discovering Sanctuary" Chapter 2 is up ^_^

thats not really wierd b:embarrass im using my veno cause i dont pay attention on cleric b:cute using venomous scarab on veno generates very little i think like 5 chi? while noxious gas generates 15-20 chi, blazing scarab is the same. wizard, pyro gram genterates very little, divine pyrogram generates alot. skills arent meant to all generate 15 chi. its just how the game was designed srry b:cute

sins skills generate chi quickly its part of being a sin. the later skills will give 150 chi like rising dragoon strike. and i think the one at 59 gives you insta 2 sparks. its so we can spark like crazy for high damage.

The 59 skill you are thinking of, Inner Harmony, only gives 2 sparks at level 10. It starts giving 155 and increases by 5 each level. Really though, just using Tackling Slash, Rising Dragon Strike, and Inner Harmony, you can keep up a non-stop double spark. All I do is start off at 299 chi, then double spark, keep going till it runs out, double spark again, use Tackling Slash, double spark, then use Rising Dragon Strike, double spark, then use Inner Harmony, double spark, and after that it is pretty much a repeat of everything. Being a double sparker also save a lot on pots as the Blood Paint at my level gives me about 50 Hp/hit with double spark, and I usually only take about 250-300 damage each time. Not to mention you save on Mp pots as well.

This thing of which you speak, it's normal. >.> All classes have different skills that either gives different amounts of chi or none at all.
