Freezing Gameplay

Recently my game client (v283) has been experiencing very very frequent freezing for roughly 5-8 seconds before unlocking and playing as normal. It's not as frequent if I stand still but to move it will continue to lock up and release until I stop moving. This issue goes across all characters that I have over two servers.

I've done the following off the top of my head to see if these would solve the issue which they haven't:

- changed game settings from maximum (was current) to minimum, no change in issue
- logged to different characters to see if it was a single character (as mentioned earlier)
- logged out and verified the client and files, no change in issue


Lastly, there are no error messages that pop up or client crashing that occurs.
