PWI also got good ppl

Just wanna share a few happy moments i found in pwi latly, so we got somethign else than unhappy ppl b:cute.

I have always foudn it extremly ammusing to her this sentence in WC: RB Gamme LF BM and Barb must be charmed and EXP'ed" well classes were random but i always tut, "hmm those exp'ed ppl will grow too high lvl for gamma soon xD, and if they don't take new ppl where do they get em from =/?".

Thats why i couldn't help but compliment a guy last day who was trying to get a gamma squad together, where unexp'ed were gladly wanted, Amen for ppl like that ^^b:thanks

Other stories that make me happy, can be if someone runs off with a tabbers boss drops (often seem to happen during BH in lower fbs) and then other ppl in the squad take their time to try and sort out the misunderstanding, in case that is what it is. I had a few guildmates doing this for a fb29, and guess what? it was an misstake, the guy who took the drops didn't knwo english, and they got him translated to give the drop, and he did without any problems, tabber was happy and everythign ended without an argument =O now thats spirit.

Also i wanna compliment all the higher lvls who take their time to help out the ppl at BH29, it can really be a help for the lower lvls who maybe don't have the big time to deal with b:victory

Just to give some sunshine stories and point out that good ppl are also there b:pleased
Dreamsweavers GhostDogz are looking for you to join the pack =). We are still small but are growing into a fun, friendly and helpful fact. We value that our lower lvls also get the experience they need for their class, so we get some awsome ppl =). all we ask of u is to be okay active (not has to be on 7days a week, 1 is enough) and to bring ur good mood =3 cya ingame!

    Let me just say something about human nature. We don't like happy moments as much as we think we do, we find happiness boring. Never once has their been a popular TV show, book, or anything else where the main character has everything going for him. Spiderman was a complete nerd that got beat up all the time. Batman's parents were killed when he was young. Harry Potter's entire life is riddled with personal loss. Humans just find it boring.



    EDIT: And look there my father's voice shoots 100 miles from streetsboro and pops right out of my mouth o.o

    On topic: I've met plenty of nice people and I also agree with part of your post in terms of FC and Gamma.

    Once I saw someone WCing JUST for inexperienced barbs to teach them how to run Rebirth. I don't remember who it was, but I PMed him to tell him that I thought he was doing a good thing :)

    I would have sent out a tele embarrassing this person saying what you did about experienced players and low level rb's. That's funny.

    Actually you may have missed the whole thriller genre in the latter part of the 20th century. Best selling authors like Sidney Sheldon and Morris West establishing a proud tradition today continued by a new generation of hacks like Dan Brown... Delusional stories about middle aged men that suddenly find themselves defeating trained assasins and ruthless mercenaries while at the same time seducing much younger attractive women. I mean come on...

    What you meant to say is people like conflict and yes, i agree with you.

    happy moments? err let me think.


    80% of my pwi is happy its why i play.
    -old guild (Asura) gave me some gears (ty all)
    -in game husband made tons of subs for my armor(ty)
    -good veno friend tanked alot of tt for our gears(ty)
    -a good cleric friend that is always there (ty)
    -good wiz friend let me borrow 10mil for wep (ty)
    all of the above ppl give me arrows they find (ty for not NPCing them guys!)

    one unhappy moment though -_- ... a cleric bail out in ff bc the baby barb was new T_T ... grr most ppl forgot how to have fun!

    There are a lot of good and nice ppl on PWI.

    I just came back from a PQ with my veno and a cleric invited me to a squad. Met some very nice ppl, who were not sure what PQ was or how to do it, wich i was happy to help out and they helped me too.

    The thing is, 90% of the time is not worth being kind, coz it will get u pk'ed or scammed easier.
    When i see ppl insulting each other and ruining BH's and TT runs over sum damn KoS (and mostly small guilds!!! they KoS ppl and other guilds like crazy), it makes me kinda sad.

    Some ppl take pixels too serious.

    AND NAW, FOR SOMETHING COMPLETLY DIFFERENT!

    Last Sunday me and my gf got married in game.

    Since we won the Couples SS Contest, there was supposed to be a GM at our wedding. I arranged an hour with a GM on Forums.

    Both me and her invited our guilds and friends, who were happy to come.

    Turns out we waited 2:30 hours and the GM didnt come.

    For those 2 long hours, our guilds stood there with us, waiting and supporting us, and, in my opinion we ended up having a great time.

    Ty every1 in Mayhem who was there. U guys are the best.

    PS: About the GM not turning up...
    With this post i dont mean to bash the GM's or anything like that.
    i dont even care anymore...i had so much trouble arranging everything that the fact the GM didnt turn up or said anything doesnt bother anymore.

    We don't like happy moments? I think that statement is pretty false. Sure even the likable good guys have something about them that makes not only them, but the viewer/reader to question just how good they really are, but it is real nice to see that there is nice people out there, instead of always seeing a wc about "soandso, just stole my drops!"

    It really renews my faith in humans, I have always known there is good people out there, but they are human and they CAN make mistakes, though how they handle the mistake, is how they will be perceived for the rest of there lives. I always like reading/watching the shows/books about people who come together, or do something really... special for people that can NOT do anything, but just 'watch' as there whole world gets turned upside down. Sure as I said even heroes have flaws, but I like to think that SOMETIMES the good that one person does far outweighs the 'bad' things that... that person did or perhaps did not do in his or her liife. At least in this world.

    I do realize there is good people out there, but the 'bad' often overshadows the good, mainly due to the fact that we only look at the bad things, and rarely give a second thought to the good. ;/ Perhaps if we all took a step back and looked at the things we love, and feel like what went right in our lives, then maybe... just maybe we can all live happier lives, or at the very least not think about "offing" ourselves.

    ^--this i couldn't help but do myself =). I find it important to tell ppl if they do something u find good, it makes em want to try again. I really hope he got his squad b:thanks

    ^-- so true which is why i made this =). U get tired of reading all the bad stuff, and in the end u conclude it worse than it is. thats also a fact IRL, and news papers also work with the darn idea that ppl don't like good news. honstly what idea u get of the world when u in a little country hear that someone got stabbed or shot every day? "**** i can't go out my door" meeh seriously how big is the chance u run into a shooting, it happens but, they just forget to tell about all the fun ppl also have.
    (^-- this was not generalizing, thats just how it is where i come from, two gangs don't like eachother and started shooting on eachother for half a year in our biggest city more or less it.)

    I think the overall playerbase of PWI is probably much nicer than most other games I've tried. But I also have to say some of the biggest jerks/idiots I've ever met in any game ever have also been in PWI as well.

    I guess you have to take a few pricks with all those roses. b:chuckle

    I have only tried to play two MMOs, but i also find ppl in pwi alot nicer than in the other game and therefore i find it sad, only to focus on the bad things =3. Jerks and Nice ppl are everywhere, both in game and rl, its a balance on a line, if we only c bad ppl we don't care to stay where we are, and fall from the line. b:shocked. game or rl, ur look might be pixels but the ppl behind those pixels are real, then ppl can say gamers don't have a life, but to just call the ppl pixels would be a bit off ^^;
