Public Quest

Wheres the NPC to start the public quest on rottenfleash? The NPC comes up in the co-ordinates tracker, but no NPC is physically there to talk to. Is there something that has to be done to make it appear? Or how do I start the public quest..

    If i read itright there wont be an npc- its just that public-you have no choice about. My problem is going to be my quest list is always full- WTB exteneded qeust list upto 100 QUESTS!!! qq

    'If you are at least level 60, you can take the first Public Quest from Pioneer Officer Windshaker at Rotflesh Trench. ' But the NPC is not there??

    I wasn't able to find either NPC. I did, however, talk to some others who were hanging around Shadow Camp(or whatever it's called) and they said they'd done parts of it leading up to killing the boss.

    That boss is no joke either. 28 million HP and neither Amp nor Sharpened Tooth works on it. Boss didn't hit that hard....at first. Then it did some weird AoE and instantly did 12k damage to the squishies. I got hit for 9.8k only cause I happened to be in Fox Mode. Still wiped us.

    The other npcs are not there either, for the higher level public quests.

    actually the NPC will be there at certain hours but dont know what time it starts. i do know that he is there a 9pm but thats all

    so that everyone knows... no need to squad you will get all kills

    Hes only there certain hours, and EVERYONE kills the boss at the same time so yeah. Its not hard.
    And no you do not need a squad for it.

    as far as I know the NPC is there from 11:00 am-2:00am GMT-6 however today the NPC seems to be MIA and has been for the last 3 hours i tried using the GM Live chat option to talk to someone about it but there doesn't seem to be any GM's online because the "live chat" option keeps kicking me to the "email us" option. b:surrender

    Do people really use the public quests? I haven't heard of anyone actually using it.

    Pointless necro was pointless.

    And PQ's been relatively empty lately, you'll be hard-pressed to find more than 15 doing it (at least on Heaven's Tear). Don't know why, as it gives quite good xp for the time it takes

    Though I'm talking about the 60-80 one, Can't imagine what the high level one's like >.<

    it good way to level but it also really expensive for mana user

    when i did pq quest lv 60-62 i burtn 2 full silver mp charm ...


    it not worth it .... i think hyper stone > pq

    So my comming of age quest:willpower where you have to find duke blacke i have dun this quest a few times over and it keeps saying i can't do the quest. lvl 57 now and still nothing. i even tried trashing it and re doing it still nothing can i get some help? Btw ima Sin.

    I met Kantorek there.
    He said they would be working on this problem.
    Then NPC came back on its place.
    We did a bunch of public quests successfully and then NPC went invisible again.

    Kantorek?
    Any news on that matter?

    hey dont leave the center...after all 3 times duke offers you something ...the elder will say you completed the will power quest....but do NOT leave the center of the area...or it will fail.....just ignore duke and move when the elder says quest complete...hope that helps you

    what's wrong with ppl... I can udnerstand necroing for a questions but necroing for an answer? how did u find the post in the first place...

    I have a simple question. When doing this public quest will i be banned for attempting to do what the quest says? I go into the pit to kill the elites and the boss and I am threatened with being banned for trying to complete what the quest says to do? People doing the Zen in a public quest area and refusing to let you take part in finishing the quest is really lame. But threatening to be banned is getting a bit old. Please answer this for me what am i doing wrong when i try to do the quest like it says?
