so i'm lvl 25 now and i just wanted to know if i messed up with stat points. I have 29 vit / 29 str/ and 77 dex with no gear on. I'm pretty sure i messed up badly and should just restart but if not pls let me know lol b:pleased

    1 Vit, 1 Str, 3 Dex per level is a viable build, although most (myself included) would advocate a 1 Str, 4 Dex per level build.

    Vit build (which is what you're using) is OK but most sins prefer pure dex (1 str, 4 dex per level). Both are better than hybrid in my opinion. If you really want to then you can stick with your vit build or just switch over to pure dex (the 24 extra points in vit won't make much of a difference either way).

    I'd just keep with the Vit build personally. As this is, I'm assuming, your first character on this game, it will help you in managing your aggro when you get into squads for bosses. Plus, it will give you more HP so you can take more hits from the AOE attacks from bosses like Farren, Rankar (a.k.a. Fatty who eats too many twinkies), etc.

    suppose i could always stop with the vit build and start going with a pure build on the 25 lol

    sins don't get very much hp from vit. not to say any extra amount will hurt your build any. may even save your but. i stooped my vit at 40 i believe now it all goes into dex and whatever str needed for my items.

    how much str do i actually need for items? i heard its something like lvl+4 but i dont remember where i seen it or if its correct

    Just keep a minimum of 3 Dex 1 Str every level, and put the remaining stats in either Dex or Vit.

    this is correct. you're level +4. which works out to 1 str every level. LA also requires your level +4 in dex but you better not have trouble with that b:chuckle

    Normally you want your level +4 unless you want to get a better helmet earlier on such as the Lion Spirit or Warsoul. Adding about 1 Vit per level is a completely viable build. Especially if you don't want to put as much effort into armor. I have been enough Str for armor and the remainder in Dex since I started my character and have been very happy with that.
