rank II clothes?

hey i was wondering if theres rank II gear...im usin rank I for lvl 30's and on the quest forum part the information says rank III for lvl 60+ but i didnt see anything for rank II gear...did i miss something?

Rank II gives you access to a belt once you hit level 60. Said belt is fairly mediocre.0
