Noob quest about sage/demon

Does sage/demon effect anything but your skills? (Yes that includes spark)

    it restores some mana when you spark also

    Sages gets a skill to give them 50 chi, while demons get a skill to have their target lose 50 chi(?)
    And, it affects what quests you get. Sages only get quests in heaven, demons only get quests in hell.
    I think that's about it though.

    Also, it's not really a noob question. Don't worry :P

    People talk about sage getting more chi than demon, is that true?

    Demonic Eruption Level 3
    Requisite Cultivation Aware of the Void
    Discharges three Sparks to recover 20% of your maximum HP,
    add 500% weapon damage, and increase attack speed by 25%
    for 15 seconds. Grants invincibility for 3 seconds after the discharge.


    Celestial Eruption Level 3

    Demon Mo Zun's Taunt
    Cooldown 30.0 seconds
    Requisite Cultivation Aware of the Void
    Stifle the opponent and decrease its Chi by 50.


    Sage Master Li's Technique
    Cooldown 60.0 seconds
    Requisite Cultivation Aware of the Myriad
    Charge and gain 50 Chi instantly.

    umm when i was lvl 89 a log quest popped up and i didn't accepted it *that was for sage/demon quest*

    how can i get it now then D:
