upgrading wings

i'm a bit confused as to whether or not wings can be upgraded past the 3s speed. i read through the forums and found conflicting info about this.

so, like, if i saved up and got seraphic mist wings, i could only upgrade another .5 speed, right? and wings that start at 3.0 or 3.2 cannot be upgraded?

    Yes. Only cash shop wings can be upgraded, and they can only be upgraded to 3.0. Wings that you buy that start out with a 3.0 or 3.2 speed cannot be made to go any higher.

    As of right now, 3.0 m/s is the fastest any aero can be upgraded to. There are a few aeros in the Cash Shop that are faster than that, but theyll be the most expensive ones in there.

    It would be nice if all could be upgraded to 4.0.
