Question about HH90 cape

My friend is going to make me Mantle of the ghost lord from my materials and I want to make sure it is still tradeable after manufacturing even if it is bound after equipping.. I don't want to spend +14m to see it is not tradeable.b:cute

    It's tradeable, or at least, it SHOULD be.


    When I got the HH80 gold bow on my archer, someone else crafted it and traded it to me, it wasn't bound until I equipped it.
