Go to a shop keeper( blacksmith , craftsman ....etc ) you'll see repair word in the low right corner , click it , click the item . you'll pay money but you'll repair your item

Unless your weapon has broken. If it has, youll have to use the 'Repair Shattered' thing in the npc merchants menu. Youll need a specfic number of mats (what kind, i dont know) to fix a shattered weapon. Also, you can just hit 'Repair All' in the wares section, and it will fix every currently equiped item you have at once. Lots easier than fixing each item seperately xD

go with what Almozeaj said. you may have to pay money, but any other way requirs mirages and other expensive celestones. and its not hard to earn the money back.

You're right for the wrong reason.

To fix a weapon which lost durability (or is it endurance in this game?) you need to choose the 'Goods' option at an NPC and then click the 'Repair' or 'Repair All' button at the bottom right of the trade window.

To fix shattered gear (which only occurs in PvP) you have to choose the 'Fix Shattered Gear (or whatever it is)' option at an NPC. That is the option which requires chi/celestones.

Shattered and broken gear are different. They really need to make a little pop-up window in game to explain it better than I can (even if most people will just close it without reading anyway).

Imo they should change the name of Repair Shattered Gear in the menu. If you're using Safety Lock, you've played the game long enough to understand how to fix shattered gear, so it wouldn't throw anyone off to change the name to something like "Shattered Gear Synthesis" or "Recover Shattered Gear". Then, new players will be less likely to think it has to do with repairing regular equipment.
