A man who broke bank.

How's everyone... hope everything is fine? Since last 2-3 weeks I didn't write much on forums. Well, now I have one incident to tell you. Before that I want to tell you brief story about a lesson which I had learnt in my school..... A man who broke bank.

It was a normal day for bank. Bank opened as usual in morning. Few Customers were coming and going as bank was just opened. Person from cleaning staff was doing his daily jobs in bank, but he was a bit upset today, his salary was delayed since 2 days. and unfortunately he breaks showcase glass while cleaning showcase same day. He was just collecting broken pieces, one customer asked him "Are you alright today?" He replied "Not really". Customer asked "what happened?" He replied "I didn't got salary since last 2 days, and now in addition this glass breaks from my hand. Now management will deduct its cost from my salary" Customer said "ohh its bad anyway good luck" and he gone.

There was another customer who was seeing both. He asked to old customer "what happened there?" customer replied "that person didn't got salary and a showcase glass breaks by his hand and that's why he is upset" new customer said "ohh ok" and both gone. Well this new customer told other 3-4 persons same story that cleaning staff didn't got salary so they broke showcase it looks bank didn't have enough funds to pay to their staff. These 3-4 peoples also told to another 5-10 peoples that bank staff didn't got salary so they are breaking furniture in bank. It looks like bank didn't have sufficient funds to pay their employees. Until noon news spread all over city that bank has gone bankrupt, staff haven't received pay and they are breaking furniture in bank. Lots of customers came into bank to withdraw their funds from that bank before bank close. And there was huge public outside the bank who were shouting and trying to get their funds before they lose it. Until 4 PM all funds from bank were withdrawed from bank and still there was a lot of people who didn't got their funds. And they started throwing stones to bank and bank was ceased and declared as bankrupt.

Well, this is the end of lesson but why I reminded it here, in this PWI world specially on Raging Tide. Because there was one incident happened two days back. Its not same way, but wise people findout whats similar in between them. So lets start.

Once upon a time there was guild named XYZ on Raging Tide server. It was normal day for the guild. Members were doing FC, BH, FB, TT, questing etc. some were trying to get squad for their runs. But everything was normal and members were enjoying game as well as Guild Chat. Suddenly one normal member named ABC shout on Guild chat. "Attention I want to make an announcement" most of the people stuck and amazed cause member is going to do announcement. Officers also amazed they stopped what ever they was doing. And he continued and peoples were reading guild chat ......... "I need change. I enjoyed while being in this guild. Everyone helped me out good way. All peoples are good here. I am not going to leave like other persons who just left guild without saying a single word. I want to thank to everyone you can always be my friends. You can call me whenever you needed......ABC banned from faction ( yes, its not left its banned)

Then.............Then what. Drama starts..... officers start shouting at higher authorities, its not the way to kickout a person who is speaking nicely and who is leaving guild with giving proper reasons....there was few incidents before too. Due to which officers were not happy with higher authorities but higher authorities promised that they will change the things in coming days. And officers demanded to change in higher authority. As it was promised previously. If things remains same they will change Higher authority. And this time they refused to do so. and didn't accepted their demand. And a huge bunch of good/bad peoples with 95% officers in it left Guild.
