where did all my characters go?

hi guys can anyone advise, i used to play pwi last year but my computer died took me a while to get another one. I downloaded the client again onto new comp now all my chars have disappeared anyone can help how i find them plz

    Did u checked that you start at same server like you made those characters? o_o

    wow thanks for quick response!!! i cant get onto the same server only the new one i used to play on sanctuary game will only let me create a new char im a bit fed up cos had lvl 65 bm and others in the lvl 40's

    What happens when you try to switch servers on the login screen?

    Might be the same problem I get with raging tide, everytime I try to login it just crashes the client completely x.x
    Currently flying internet spaceships around dodixie, moving to amarr soon.
