Help me with my build

I'm a lvl 68 BM and these are my current stats:

Str: 208
Dex: 139
Vit: 3
Mag: 5

Now my question is (obviously I'm all path) but at what point do I need to start adding vit and slow down on str and dex. I don't wanna get too deep into that and spend a fortune on reset notes and the like. Also what use are pole type weapons to me? I can find uses for Axes (aoe/holding aggro in BH) Sword (face it MSS is the s**t) and Fists/Claws (PvE) but I can't find a point at which pole types are better than these weapons.
