Can anyone help me?

I can't start the game i opend the client and pressed start then a freaking chineese error always comes up and after couple of sec it the client closes..
anyone got the same problem? or can anyone just help me? :o

    Press instead "Start" other button "Verify" to check your game files.

    uninstall it and re-download and when download finished install but right before it installs it gives you a choice to verify or not, click VERIFY.

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

    Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

    Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

    Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device, Drivers, and DirectX Features boxes:

    afaik your error (chinese text box) is generally related to outdated graphics card, or not having proper drivers installed. Please do as requested above and post a screen shot of your DxDiag display tab, or choose option to "save all information". This option will create a text log, copy that information to www.pastebin.com and provide us the link. We can then begin to help you with your issue.

    I dontk now my model nr give me an example of how 1 is... but i know i got an HP computer

    didn't understand this step im not usin a english computer or are they all the same? b:question
