Really not so perfect world

I recently tried to buy Zen with Google Checkout. All was going ok till i got e-mail from (not so) Perfect World which said the transaction had been cancelled and money will be refunded to my bank account. It said it could take 2-5 days to be refunded. I went to check my bank account and Google Checkout had taken the money from my bank account.
After a few days i desperately wanted Zen and tried to buy again thinking that something just went wrong with the earlier try and they will refund that anyway so it's ok. Damn how wrong was I, the same thing happened again. So I really started wondering what the heck is going on. I have used Google Checkout to buy similar way with other games and it has always worked perfectly.
I waited few days so that the money would be refunded, but no, nothing changes, I keep checking my bank account, it only says like * "GOOGLE" and the amount of money which was taken. I check Google Checkout and see my transferactions there, there it says that the payment has been cancelled, but nothing about refunding. So still I'm short of that money which i paid to get Zen, and of course no Zen available in game.
My first try to buy Zen was 5.2. so i think i have waited enough. I have contacted (not so) Perfect World, but have heard nothing of them. I have sent 3, yes 3 tickets about this issue, yet i have heard nothing about them.
Today I checked my bank account again. Now the * "GOOGLE" text is completely missing from the accounts "money transfer actions" so there's nothing about the incident. YET the money is missing! Money has not been refunded to me so apparently i have been robbed by (not so) Perfect World, I don't care if it's their fault or Googles fault, but ignoring completely my tickets also that precious online chat with GMs not working, I really have to say that all we have here, the game, is just another moneylover instance, which don't give a heck about anything else than money, so keep on buying Zen people, you who can, that's what they love the most.

Sending multiple tickets pushes all of them from you to the back of the line. It takes them 2 or so days to get to your tickets so just be patient.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

-do one of you have g-mail and the other yahoo? (serious question) cuz thats been known to get "lost mail" and a lot of other weird stuff at random times.
my ponderings (please pay no mind):
-your money got lost in the transaction, like to the wrong account or something.(happens, computers make mistakes too...its called virus..oh how i hate them -.-)
-you forgot the actual amount(practical)
-your bank is stealing your money(unlikely but mabye)

I have received E-Mails which state:
"The verification for your payment has expired. Your purchase has been canceled and the funds have been returned to your account.
Please make sure to check your email addresses (PWE-registered address and payment email address) for additional details." .. and so on.
When logging in to Google Checkout, it says the transactions have been cancelled, yet nothing about refund. In my bank account there is not any indication of transactions (as I said in my earlier in my post - there was that normal GOOGLE message and amount of money which was taken from bank account, then it disappeared from the list).
Thank you Queen_Ari for post, however when the money was taken from my bank account, it surely is the right one, also I precisely know how much money I have in bank account and if something is lost I know it. What it comes to someone stealing money, I have lost money, yet no one seems to know what has happened and where is the money - what can I say...0
