refunded...?

I just purchase zen a while ago and it was "reviewing" status, now it's refunded, why would this happen?

I used paypal with my vanilla mastercard, I am pretty sure the billing address in paypal, my card, and the billing info on the site matches so why?

    Hello,

    This is because we had sent a verification form to that was not responded to. All first purchases are required to be verified before we can deliver the ZEN for the purchase. If you did not receive the email, you will need to add the email address no-reply@pwrd.com to any email address you use for our company (including your email used for the purchase) and that should resolve the issue. Once you verify the account for purchasing, you will only need to verify again if your funding source information has changed. To find out when those funds will be available to you once again, you will need to contact the customer service for Vanilla Visa and they can inform you of when those funds can be used. If you need anything further or more specific information, please email the billing department and we will be more than happy to assist.

    I indeed haven't received any confirmation, it's supposed to be from e-mail right?

    how do you add the email address no-reply@pwrd.com?

    The verification will be sent to the email address used for the purchase and is something along the lines of "Purchase verification" or "Verify your purchase". This would be received after the receipt from PayPal confirming the transaction.

    If you go to your contact list in your email account, there should be an option that says "New". You would need to start the process from there of adding the no-reply@pwrd.com to your list of contacts. You can put whatever you like as the information so that you can recognize this email address as our company. The main concern is simply adding the email to your contact list.
