So my question is, does each box (30 gold ea) contain everything to get you to lvl 8, provided you meet the lvl req, or is each lvl 30 gold?

    i belive so i think it was said it contains items for each lvl you get the book and an item to max the current skills lvl so you get the pack you get to get to max your manufactureing(when you meet the lvl req)

    Each box contains everything you need to get to Level 8 of one crafting skill, provided you meet the level requirement.

    Well, I can't exactly say that they're permanent, because you never know what will happen; but I CAN say they there are currently no plans to remove them.
