How do rest of you cleric able to make coins in game ?

Been playing the game for while.
Was grinding when the 2x event was happening.
Got descent amount of coins and stuff to sell to make some coins.
As im lvl up everything is cost more and more, simple thing as skills.
Grinding without 2x event, I can kill like 5 mobs and dont even have 1 drops.
After 2-3 hours of hunting end up like lucky 200k of junk to sell, repair going to be like 60k+.
With almost 7k mana pool its about 7-8 mobs then Im OOM.
TT mats currently dont worth much.

So how do we suppose to do anything to make coin..
Have the game becoming to the point that without spending $$ you
cant really do much anymore ?

    The only thing you can do is farm and I would avoid doing crazy stone as that take away coin everyday by making shards.I am not that rich can't even afford a set of tt90 gear and weapons.That will take sometime untill I can solo possibly TT on my Veno.

    Merchant. Got 175 gold, and most of my 80 gear on my lvl 77 cleric. Though, to be fair, I once charged 5 gold through the free zen offers b:chuckle

    Ever since I could enter Momaganon I was making a lot of coins by farming, but before that I didn't farm much. I dedicated most of my time to farming and im at 40mil now with up to date gear, except for an old cape and the lvl 80 wraith's ploy quest reward.. I don't do TT for coins, farming outweighs it unless you get to pick a rare expensive gold mat..

    Some people can't handle what I do, on average I would farm 800-1000 herbs and around 130 mats or so.. Put your mind on zero, take one break in between and farm away. I only did that and CS/BH and WQ for a week or two, but I'm currently inactive or I would have more coins :P

    Well, I use various means to get coins. Here's how I do it:

    -TT mats to fund my TT80 sword and maybe a bit left over
    -DQs (that's were a lot of my coin comes from, at least in my lower lvls)
    -BHs (~20-30k coins for 3 runs, not much, but it's daily income)
    -Occasionally buy and sell mid mats for profit
    -World bosses (One person in my fac basically banks all the drops, sells them and distributes everyone's share of the coin)
    -Sell by AH some of the remotely good drops I get some bhs; sometimes I manage to sell it
    -Questing and Grinding (if I'm not busy doing my dailies or helping people, and I'm not tired of my cleric, I'm usually doing this)
    -Helping people (It's infrequent, but I've gotten coins for it...)
    -Don't do Crazy stone anymore (Adds up in terms of coin drainage)

    After lvl 80, I'll drop bhs for most part (due to wine costs b:surrender) and do gamma... a facmate told me that you can get a decent amount of coins from a full run. Like... 400k coins... Not sure if it's true since I've yet to do gamma.

    Another thing I do is that for every mil I make, I put it in the bank so I don't spend it... My coin supply is increasing very slowly as a result...

    I've gotten a little gold through the free offers but my cleric is currently wearing around 12 mil in gear and thats over 3 mil just in shards with 7 legendary peices. i know thats nothing too impressive but its decent i think for no RL cash and a full time job.

    I just npc most of the DQ items and crappy gear drops. One thing I have never done is bought pots. I use double spark to recover some mana and med when I get too low. Yes it makes things take a little longer but the profit is better. I also have a ton of mid/high level pots saved up to BB in instances without a charm and I have a ton of apoth items i made as well (soothing and arctic orbs).

    Also you have probably figured this out but, be selective on your grind mob. For a cleric grind wood mob if at all possible. you get a damage bonus which means you kill faster so they dont get as many hits in so your repair bill is lower. And again if at all possible select poison mobs. With purify they will do very little damage. kill a mob use purify and a orchid petalii will have done maybe 100-150 damage.

    I mostly just aoe grind for money. Poison mobs ftw. There are vids on youtube showing how to do this. Just search something like cleric aoe grind pwi or something like that. I need to find a new mob to do tho, orchid petalis don't drop **** for me anymore. been grinding butterflies lately too. decent drops there.

    ideally, i'd like to get my laptop fixed so i can merch with the backup computer i been using.

    well i skipped all my TT80 gear b:chuckle

    so I used that to save for 90, which i should have when i level up in the next year or so b:victory

    tips for making money
    -lvl apothecary (take time to farm) <---saves a ton on pots and charms
    -play the market, buy low sell high
    -go cat(not cash) shopping, you would be amazed at the things you can find
    -old fashioned grinding (this is going out and killing lots of mobs for those oraclers who may be confused at this term)
    -quit doing crazy stone all the time, specially at later lvls, it gets expensive

    Back when I wasnt busy with Uni stuff i'd farm mat's for money. I could farm around 2mil worth of mats a day- it would be alot more now because mat prices have gone up since then. I prefered it to running TT to get money because money is steady and not dependent on luck as well as less expenditure on repairs/pots/heiro's/dolls.

    Good tip is to max your chi before starting- you may need to sleep people frequently! b:mischievous
