Item Missing?

Hiya Everyone,

Can anyone tell me what happen to my item that i just buy from the Auctioneer was missing, and i cant find it in my bag?

I buy a crystal love dress from that Auctioneer, the coin has taken and the crystal dress was not in my bags. so what should i do?

Check Mailbox near Auctioneer or Banker.

Open Letter named: "Auction won !".

Press button "Item" to take item.

Look at your inventory for above item.
