HP gain of refining armors

I have a big question mark here : did HP gain from refining pieces o armor got increased?

I am not sure how it was before I notice this, but the HP I get from refining is more than it is stated in http://www.pwdatabase.com.
I have looked in this matter at several items, not only just one - so the mistake, typo, etc kind of thing is eliminated.
One thing is certain: the ingame information and the database information do not correspond.
The refining gain is fine when weapons and ornaments come along - just the armors have different numbers.

Anyone noticed this or has any input?

    The database is so old now it isn't even funny. If I want any information (on items) I just load up an elements editor.

    :EDIT: Not advocating cheating here, but if you need information that isn't available anywhere, that's pretty much your only option.
