Character Name Fix?

I believed this was different enough to be separated from my other character-name related thread.

I've searched, and most threads on it are from 2008 and early 2009.
I don't feel like reading through two years of Patch Notes.

When a character is a deleted, is its name put up for grabs again?

    Yes, it should become available again.
    Official stuffs shop. Check it out in-game on the Dreamaweaver server!
