stealth detection pots

for those that dont go to the general forum.....
makes the pots useful to high levels not just other sins...
as another note, the herbs make the pots in batches of 1 not 5 like other pots b:sad

ok so i just tested this out.
my sin is 61 with 5 levels of cat-like tread and 8 levels of shadow walk
61 + 10 + 8 =79
first subject was a 58 veno. veno could not see me alone (obviously). if the pot was correct, he should still not be able to see me
58 + 20 = 78
78 < 79
after using the pot this veno was able to see me however, supporting that the pot did give 30 levels.
a 44 veno could not see me before nor after using the pot
44 + 20 = 64
44 + 30 = 74
both are < 79
at 78 could not see me. a 79 player could.

this completely destroys our advantage of being able to hide from higher lvl/equal lvl people
why even bother making stealth lvls?
i hope these pots are hard to get/expensive
or at least demon and sage better do something spectacular to outdo this ungodly elixer of doom >_>0 -

THere is a way to bypass your overly OP skill. It's awefull, someone make it stop and let assasins be OP againb:cry

Lame.
Sins teleport completely destroys the archer's advantage of being able to outrange most classes
why even bother making us have range and damage penalty?
i hope the teleports get nerfed (c/d increased and range decreased)
or at least our damage penalty removed to outdo this ungodly long-ranged teleport0 -

every class has its weaknesses & strengths sins are meant to completly destroy squishy targets aka archers so stop whining just because one class can completly destroy you they arent tht tough if you have patience to learn when the right time to use moves & items you might die alot before geting the time down but atleast you will learn they are new so there isnt much info on how to take them down just w8 some one will come up with something sooner or l8rCollector of pet eggs, armor, weapons, fashion, and mountsb:chuckle0

May I ask how long does the potion last? If its few second, assasin just has to kite a bit, but if its 30-60 sec then it can be tough.0

sins still have the element of surprise. you're not going to pop a stealth potion without knowing a sin is around first. which makes these basically for killing the ones who try to vanish when the fight turns bad.

And if bows had 30m range for all classes,whats the f**ing of having an archer class?
And if Take Aim is OP,im sure sins' skills r OP too.
edit:FYI,500% on Take Aim only applies for Sage Archers.YOU tell me how many Sage archers r there.Also it has a charge time of 3s which isnt excactly very little time.Demon Take Aim redcues charge time by 0.5sec which isnt exactly alot.0 -

yeah you might be right their ill give you that but that has nothing to do with the advantage of stealth that we were arguing about to begin with whether we have stealth or not we can still 2 shot a robe. if a robe is smart and buffed out with the best physical adorns refined nicely and shard with HP+ and so fourth they can stand a good chance. just kite if they happen to be a wizard jumping 25metres each time with a 10 second cooldown they stand quite a good chance seeing as sins stun teleport is 3minute cooldown and our normal teleport is 15 second cooldown wizards have 3 teleports for every 2 normal ones we do this allows a wizard to slowly gain range and use their super high damage skills on us. if their veno as most venos do use a nix, they hurt a fricken lot, use bramble hood, and run away like they always do until the nix does your dirty work, if you cant afford a nix dont duel venos are no good without a nix in a duel(with the exception of some who own) if your a cleric yeah this might be abit harder but you still have buffs and heals to your advantage then at lvl 79 you can get Guardian Light receive 60% less damage, yes please, just keep heals going with the occasional attack when heals have got you covered for abit throw in a plume shell, IH abit, hit with a tempest perhaps or something abit easier to cast. if things are going bad chromatic seal to put him to sleep for 33.6 seconds allowing you to recover up then b4 it runs out throw in a silent seal to keep him paralyzed while you hit him abit then once thats over chromatic seal is back and you can rinse and repeat only if you have good MP pots/charm. as for a psy versing a sin not much needs to be said soul of retaliation + soul of stunning spam skills maybe earth vector to stun him again spam skills end of battle
i guess it shouldnt actually bother me much seeing as i barely use stealth i only ever use it in PvE situations or when a veno with a nix starts with bramble hood so i dunno what i was actually QQing about, just something new coming into effect and i didnt like it :P same as when sins and psys first came out and people hated against them.

that actually isnt bad at all i dunno how many people would pass over a HP over time pot or invincibility or reduced damage pot just to see a sin0 -

your not 90+ yet.
a demon archer hell take aim channels in 2.5 seconds. thats not slow for the damage it does either.
demon stunning arrow followed by this on non-HA classes tends to kill them
it's not OP to high pdef players but to most it sure is just like some sin combo's.
everything can be countered in this game if you see it coming. too many people complaining over nothing

anyway try this one if you're having trouble:
(use chill of the deep, also assuming 299 chi since no one should have done culti yet unless you just want to be demon without knowing the skills)
shadow teleport(199 chi left), tackling slash(249 chi), throatcut(149 chi), RDS (299 chi), headhunt (99 chi), inner harmony (299 chi),
double spark, slipstream strike, rib strike, puncture wound, occult ice (genie skill), slipstream strike, twin strike
(only because your skills are on cooldown and it's better than normal swinging with chill up), deep sting, tackling slash, throatcut.
a very long stunlock(yes not all are stuns but paralyze =>seal is effectively the same outcome) with a lot of damage behind it as well. if your target didnt die after all this shadow escape and go refine your weapon more. b:bye
(taken from a post i made before and saved)
if done properly the target gets to do nothing the entire time, not even Mage shrink since they'll be sealed when the previous stun wears off.

i was just trying to make it easier to understand what i was replying to b:chuckle
im not having trouble killing classes(excluding barb cause their nasty xP) i just simply layed out ways in which some robe classes can gain the upper hand.
also i like your combo its quite nice. lol at the part about shadow escaping and going to refine equips xD
ah okay that sucks for the people in the server im in seeing as Nefarious controls almost the whole territory and nobody can seem to take it back Dx0
