What's a good build for polearm/spear blademaster?

I'm not even sure if Im doing this right~ and Im considering switching to sword bm if my build doesnt work well.

Im level 15 right now with stats:

vit- 29
strength- 35
dex- 22

    Less vit man..u dont need that much earlier on.

    so, should I put my points more in strength or dex?

    I would say...5 str, 3 dex, and 2 vit every 2 levels which is the same as a sword build. The str should cover spears, and the dex is for good accuracy. Vit is optional really.

    well all u really need is 30-60 vit at end of game...i have a lvl 80 axes and fist blademaster all i have in vit is 30 vit i think dex is better better crit and accuracy so i would prefer the dex build 3 strength and 2 dex every lvl!!!!!!!!
