Hey just wondering if anyone had any info as to how long zen takes to go into account after doing the "free survey", or if theres some sorta step i may have missed after completing the said survey. Did it about a week ago, waited a few days, sent a ticket, waiting on response.

    Shoot us an email and wait for us to reply. There may be some additional steps needed to complete this for you. If you have already sent us an email, just be patient. Due to a few small issues, the emails are slightly delayed on responses right now.

    I got my response from pw billing today and it contained absolutely no usefull information. I had stated to them that i completed a "free zen" survey 4-5 days prior to sending the ticket and still had not seen any zen. Their response to this was to try logging out of the website and back in, restart my internet browser, and try restarting my computer.So now i start from square 1 with new ticket, if anyone has any info on these free zen surveys lemme know. more info in 3-5 buisness daysb:laugh

    do u have to put in a secret confirmation number or something. cause i filled that thing out perfectly, been almost 2 weeks now, guess no zen is free zen

    hi there.

    did you try clicking that gray button that says "Missing ZEN"? that's supposed to take you to their troubleshooter. it usually only takes a day or two to get a response.

    try that and if it doesn't work, hit me up via PM.

    .... 2 tickets to pwe, 1 ticket to offerpal, 3 weeks later.. and still no free zen. talk about hook line and sinker getting me to waste time and not to mention give out info that is semi-confidential. and no i dont wanna reply to my ticket email, cause last time pwe copy and paste the same answer for my problem. u win pwe, i give upb:surrender

    OfferPal isn't even replying to my emails!!. I sent them a email a couple days back and they didn't reply after a whole week!!!.Its as if the email was never sent to begin with. They seriously should consider looking the emails and at least replying even if there is a delay.
