Missing Quest NPCs!! Help!

the Celestial Ancient NPCs and Celestial related NPCS are missing! I need to talk to them for a quest.. however they appear on the minimap only! and when I use auto pathing.. it brings me to an empty field with three rocks but no NPCS.. but at where i'm standing on the mini map shows the three celestial NPCS and Guard Chi... any suggestions and help?

I've try reloging in.. didn't help.

    im gonna pressume you have done the lvl 30 quest to gain your aerogear giving you the ability to fly
    use them and fly up into the air, the npc's are on a floating platform in the sky

    oh.. now you've mentioned it... I don't have a flying gear.. and i just realised the npcs are in the air ._.
