A place that has many low lvl herbs?

Is there any place in perfect world that is absolutely covered in low lvl herbs such as golden a=herb and saliva root etc.?

search around plume , around arch theres alot of herbs near those cities

Yeah personally i believe around plume is the best place to get low herbs especially around the starting camp

Actually, compared to the other starter cities the City of the Raging Tides has tons of lowest grade herbs. Just run around the Tideborn starting island and you should find plenty.
