Game Client Problems.

ALright, so I bought some zen using the new phone payment method and now when I log in and select my character, it says logging into perfect world. and then the client quits out and i get the anoyying report bugs...can somebody plz help me fix this prob...is anyone else having this issue?

    No.
    Its just you.
    I'm sure you buying Zen has nothing to do with it.
    Just try to restart your computer.
    Also, you used the wrong forum section.

    Try play in window mode. Sometimes it helps. I had alot of problems (these bug reports) when played in FullScreen. Switched to Window mode, made window almost my resolution and problems gone b:chuckle

    Actually, I'm playing in windowed mode and I'm having the same issue with very frequent bug reports ever since the latest patch. Besides random bug reports when going around doing WQ, it seems that using my Sage chi skill as well as the fitting room in cash shop prompts a bug report crash. Although this issue only occurs on one of my computers, I never had this problem prior to this week's patch.

    This indicates its 1 of 2 possible issues.

    (1) The game files are corrupt on only that 1 computer. Doing a file verify & check would fix this. Or a complete reinstall.

    (2) its a hardware compatibility issue for something on that computer only. In which case, good luck ever seeing a fix to this. Being that some mounts & the Tideborn have graphical inconcistancies for many graphic cards & PWE has yet to even try to care about this.

    The hardware compatibility issue that we've found to be causing this is that the user doesn't have audio drivers installed. Audio drivers are almost always free for your computer and PW Tech Support will be happy to help you find yours if you're lost.

    this is what i did,

    press delete on the character screen, wait for a moment then restore it. I had a problem logging into my archer, I did what i write here and it worked ! :)
