so i looked into this site here(pwi calc)..
then saw rank HA or equips with no stat requirements, just lvl req..
is this true? if so any class can wear rank HA as long as they have required lvl?
or is there a class restriction just not written here?

i'm just trying to imagine an HA sin scenario..

    all of the rank equips are job required

    sins can only wear their own Rank Light Armor.
