how long does it take for faction icon to process?

b:thanks just upgraded my faction to lvl 3 today and submitted a ticket with the icon and proof of lvl 3 in the correct format

b:surrender any1 know how long it takes? i submitted before tonight's mainteance/patch

It can take a few days or a few weeks. It just depends on how many factions submit icons. They have a cue that they want filled before they process them. Nobody knows how big this cue is.
