    You can find this information for any genie skill ingame.

    Right click your genie and bring up the affinities screen, from there the skill list. Mouse-over on each skill gives you its requirements.

    Your genie must have 1 wood, 1 water, and 1 earth affinity. It must be at least level 10 to get lvl 1 second wind, and it works best if you have a strength based genie.
